Go Wild in France | How to get kids exploring the great outdoors
At Constant we have embarked upon a project called #BondGoesWild; the aim is to get youngsters out and about exploring the beautiful Dordogne grounds. This ancient hamlet in France is full of little nooks and crannies and the surrounding Dordogne countryside is packed full of incredible wildlife to spot; from tiny wild orchids growing in the fields to the huge buzzards circling above the woodland fringes.
The project, which kicked off on site in Easter 2017, provides so much for guests to discover, and for youngsters to get involved in. #BondGoesWild takes place at a number of our holiday sites both in England and overseas, and we provide different resources such as magnifying glasses, bug nets and an activities booklet for everyone to use.
With such wonderful locations at our disposal, we can’t wait to get youngsters out there rediscovering the natural world. And they always have such a great time, catching (and releasing) creepy-crawlies and getting a little bit muddy! See what creatures you can find around the Constant gardens and throughout the stunning Dordogne countryside.
Take a look at the video to see what a bunch of our young explorers got up to onsite at Constant recently.
